Hello, Thank you for checking out my website and showing an interest in my child care services.  I have included a bit of information about me, my family and my home below.

My name is Yvette Bray and I live with my partner Paul and young son. I worked as a nanny for 10 years previously incorporating nanny share between various families.  I have been childminding since April 2002.  I have had sole charge and responsibility for children ranging in age from 3 months to 10 years.

This is a non smoking household and we have one pet, a tortoise.  All the rooms in my home have been Ofsted registered.  I have 2/3 rooms for naps and a large playroom stacked full of toys for children 0 - 12 years.  I also have a large garden with lots of outdoor equipment, sand/water play, slide, bikes, swings, trampoline.  Plus in 2007 we will be starting work on a secure covered outdoor play area which will enable children to enjoy outdoor play on a daily basis even if the weather is a bit wet.

We regularly go on outings to the park, zoo, horse world, farm, etc... and attend various playgroups / soft play sessions.  These outings / groups mainly happen in the mornings so that in the afternoons we have a more relaxed, quiet time.  In which children who need naps can do so while older children enjoy art and craft type activities.

My mother is my assistant and has been Ofsted approved.  She regularly accompanies us on trips and outings and is also my emergency back up if the situation should arise.  I hold a current child care emergency first aid certificate.

I am a car driver with a clean license.  I have insurance policies to cover my business in my home and car.  I have excellent references and referees available for you to read and contact and I will be happy to answer any questions and requests you may have.
